Please continue to refer to this page throughout the conversation process for updates, helpful information, and additional resources. On the day of conversation, this page will be populated with the links you will need to verify your information, credentials and set a new password so you can access the new online and mobile banking platform.

Note Regarding Your Login Credentials: It is very important that you know your current Digital Banking / Freedom Bank Mobile App Username. Please make sure you have it and can reference it at the time of the upgrade. If you do not remember your Username, you can retrieve it by calling 703-242-5300 and select Option 2 for online banking 1 OR you can send a secure message within your online banking session.
