On October 28th we unveiled a transformative upgrade to your digital banking experience. Our new online and mobile banking enhancements, designed to make managing your finances easier and more intuitive than ever before, delivers a seamless banking experience with new features allowing you to manage your cash and transactions more effectively.
Note Regarding Your Login Credentials: It is very important that you know your current Digital Banking / Freedom Bank Mobile App Username. Please make sure you have it and can reference it at the time of the upgrade. If you do not remember your Username, you can retrieve it by calling 703-242-5300 and select Option 2 for online banking 1. In addition to you User ID, you will need to provide your Tax Identification Number (TIN) for business accounts or Social Security Number (SSN) for personal accounts, along with the FULL ACCOUNT NUMBER of at least one of your accounts as part of your initial login to the new system. You can find your full account number by viewing an image of a paid check using the search feature of online banking. If you do not currently know your business’ TIN, please contact the appropriate person on your staff to obtain the number.
FIRST-TIME ACCOUNT ACCESS - ONLINE BANKING: to access your account for the first time after the upgrade, please navigate to the top right-hand corner of the homepage and click the gold "online banking" button. From there you will be prompted to input your Access ID and Passcode. Please make sure your Access ID is all lowercase, For step-by-step instructions please click here for personal accounts and here for business accounts.
FIRST-TIME ACCOUNT ACCESS - MOBILE: please remove the old app and then navigate to either the iPhone App Store or Android App Store and search "Freedom Bank of Virginia" or simply use the links below. You will have to re-download the Freedom Bank Mobile Banking App in order to access mobile banking. Once you have downloaded the app, please follow the prompts for establishing access.

ATTENTION QUICKBOOKS and QUICKEN USERS: The upcoming digital banking upgrade on October 28th will require you to make changes to your QuickBooks or Quicken Software. To ensure a smooth transition, please review the conversion instructions:

Intuit aggregation services may be interrupted for up to 5 business days. Users are encouraged to download a QFX/QBO file during the outage. The following services may not work during the outage: Quicken Win/Mac Express Web Connect and QuickBooks Online Express Web Connect. Please carefully examine your downloaded transactions after completing the migration instructions to ensure no transactions were duplicated or missed on the register.
