Small Business Lending

SBA 504 Loan Program: a low down payment, long term, fixed rate loan program for fixed asset projects such as equipment, purchasing land and improvements, including existing buildings, grading, street improvements, utilities, parking lots and landscaping; construction of new facilities; or the refinance of real estate related debt. The Bank works with a variety of locally-based Certified Development Companies (CDCs), the SBA's community partners for providing 504 Loans.
