Freedom Bank Hires Victoria S. Loucks as Senior Vice President & Head of Treasury Management

Bank Grows Treasury Services Team to Enhance Commercial Relationships

Fairfax, VA (January XX, 2020) — The Freedom Bank of Virginia (OTCQX: FDVA) announced today that Victoria S. Loucks has joined as Senior Vice President & Head of Treasury Management. In this role Vicki will lead the treasury services team, oversee all treasury management opportunities, further develop the treasury management product line, and drive core deposit results. She will leverage her deep knowledge of the commercial cash flow cycle, as well as, her experience in commercial payment systems while partnering with Freedom Bank Relationship Managers to build and enhance lead relationships with commercial businesses, professional services firms, and non-profits/associations in the local markets.

Vicki joins Freedom with more than 20-years of regional and corporate banking experience. Prior to joining Freedom, Vicki held key leadership and production roles at Capital One, Sandy Spring, SunTrust and M&T Banks. She was the recipient of the Top Middle Market Salesperson award at Capital One in 2018 and is highly engaged in the community, currently serving as the Treasurer of KCCure.

Ms. Loucks earned her bachelor’s degree in Finance from Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, VA.
