Freedom Bank Hires Mark Ingram as Senior Vice President & Small Business Team Lead

Bank Launches New 4-Member Small Business Banking Team to Build SBA Lending Practice and Further Support Entrepreneurs in the Northern Virginia Region

FAIRFAX, Va., March 24, 2025  The Freedom Bank of Virginia ("Freedom Bank") announced today an expansion of its small business lending efforts by adding a team of experienced relationship managers and Small Business Administration (SBA) lenders. The team is headed by Mark Ingram as Senior Vice President & Small Business Team Lead. Mr. Ingram will be joined on the Small Business Team by Steven Carrion, Vice President & Relationship Manager; Steven Patrick, Vice President & Relationship Manager; and Mohammad Raza, Vice President & Relationship Manager.

The Small Business Team will support efforts to enhance the bank's commitment to small business owners across the region by providing business owners tailored financing solutions, using traditional bank loans or SBA financing options. Additionally, the team will work in collaboration with the bank's existing commercial and community banking groups to ensure that small business customers enjoy the benefits of the bank's suite of deposit and treasury products to provide them with the tools they need to effectively manage day-to-day cash flow.

Mr. Ingram was most recently Senior Vice President and Small Business Lending Manager at EagleBank. Before his role as Small Business Lending Manager, he served a Vice President & Relationship Manager. Prior to joining EagleBank, Mr. Ingram worked at MainStreet Bank and Virginia Heritage Bank in various roles in credit administration and portfolio management. Mr. Raza was most recently Vice President, Small Business Relationship Manager at EagleBank; Mr. Patrick was most recently Assistance Vice President, Small Business Relationship Manager at EagleBank; and, Mr. Carrion was most recently Vice President, Business Banking Relationship Manager at M&T Bank.
