Freedom Bank Hires Doris A. Hambright as Vice President & Human Resource Director

Bank Hires Experienced HR Director to Facilitate Robust HR Systems as Bank Continues Strong Growth

Fairfax, VA (July 20, 2020) — The Freedom Bank of Virginia (OTCQX: FDVA) announced today that Doris A. Hambright has joined as Vice President & Human Resource Director. In this role Doris will oversee a broad complement of initiatives such as compensation, talent management, training and development, compliance, diversity and inclusion efforts, benefit planning and administration.

Doris joins Freedom with nearly a decade of human resource experience. Prior to joining Freedom, Ms. Hambright held multiple positions at Access National Bank where she most recently served as Human Resources Manager. In her role as HR Manager she focused on automating the recruitment process, streamlining onboarding, and transitioning employees through the acquisition of Middleburg Bank and the merger with Atlantic Union Bank. Ms. Hambright has her SHRM-CP Certification and is recognized as a Professional in Human Resources through the Human Resources Certification Institute.

Doris earned her Associate of Arts in Business from Northern Virginia Community College.
